Associate Professor of the Practice for the Department of Computer Science at Duke University. Her research is in gathering insights from data generated by course tools that inform interventions to improve learning. She is the creator and host of The CS-Ed Podcast, where she and her guests discuss teaching and equity in computer science. PI Stephens-Martinez’s role will be organizing group meetings, managing data collection and analysis, designing and running the intervention, and supervising graduate student work.
